The four surahs that begin with "Qul" — Al-Kafirun, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas — are often recited for protection from all forms of evil, including jealousy, black magic, harm from jinn, and the evil eye. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ regularly recited them before sleeping and for spiritual protection.
